Halls of Royal Exhibits

This gallery is divided into three halls. The first part displays huge oil paintings on canvas portraying Nawab Nazim Humayun Jah by Hutchinson and Nawab Nazim Feradun Jah by B. Hudson beside a painting of Humayun Manzil illustrated by an unknown artist, where Nawab Nazim Humayun Jah is shown enjoying dancing. Other prized possession on this gallery is an ivory palanquin used by Zebunissa, daughter of Emperor Aurangzeb (1658-1707 AD) inscribed as "SARKAR-E-ZEBUNISSA BEGUM". The glass wall-showcase on the extreme right corner, demonstrates dress and other belongings used by the Nawabs of Murshidabad. On theleft side decorated furniture are displayed.
